Wassup with Charlie?
Here's how the name for Wassup Charlie came about:
I used to receive a call every day from a work friend based in Europe. He's a British guy and in England they call 'Charlottes' Charlie. I know, the English are a curious bunch. Anyway, every day I was greeted with the cheeriest "Wassup Charlie! How the devil are you?", and it made my day.

So naming my coaching and consultancy practice after a greeting that brightened my days seemed rather fitting. Because it's my vision that I will be able to brighten your days as well.
From marketing professional to life coach
At the height of my marketing career, I somehow did not feel fulfilled. A friend happened to ask me, "If you could drop everything right now, what do you want to do?"
My response: I want to work with people. I want to lift them up.

That was the beginning of a new journey. I left my corporate marketing job and plunged into the wonderful world of coaching.

So here I am, offering two sides of me to you. Whether you are an individual trying to find your strengths in life or you are a brand owner seeking clarity for your business, I'm here for you, ready to lift you up.

Here's more to the different sides of me:

1. Life Coach side of me: I'm training at the Co-Active Training Institute and Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The Co-Active coaching philosophy is centred on effectively empowering people to find their own answers and journeying with them through life's important choices. Since the start of training, I've coached over 50 successful, incredible women and men from all walks of life, from all over the world - including Singapore, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
2. Brand Consultant side of me: I lived and breathed brands for 17 years and now I journey with brands to be true to who they set out to be.

3. Human side of me: I'm a mom of 3 kids, aged 9, 12 and 42. Ok, the 42 year-old is my husband. And I love food - A LOT.

So, that's me! Let me know how you'd like to work together.
